Whether you’re looking to lift the burden of anxiety or to cope more effectively with work-related stress. Maybe you’ve had a panic attack or are experiencing symptoms of depression. Or perhaps it’s persistent low mood and self-esteem you’re struggling with. These feelings could be triggered by a redundancy at work, illness, a relationship or bereavement. Alternatively, it could be something from deeper in your past, your heritage or behaviours that are ingrained in your culture.

Counselling provides a supportive, safe and confidential space to talk about what’s making you feel a certain way. Together we explore ways you can start to make changes.

I’m an experienced counsellor, trained in integrative counselling. In other words, my approach isn’t defined by one method. It isn’t clinical. We won’t talk symptoms and the end goal isn’t a diagnosis. Instead, I prefer you to see our time together as an investment in you, and how we do this is up to us to define together.
